Service Terms and Conditions
FullFlex Fencing agrees to supply to its customers (herein shall refer to the parties who the invoice is addressed) with services and/or goods supplied (as referred to in the invoice) from time to time on the following terms and conditions:
1.Any additions, alterations, extras or variations to that specified shall be in writing and a variation cost of $295+GST may be added to final invoice. FullFlex Fencing Pty Ltd shall not be compelled to proceed with the same until any price variation and payment arrangements have been confirmed in writing.
2.Any prices quoted on future work will remain current for 28 days from the date of the estimate. Any work commenced after that time may be subject to an increase based on the consumer price index from the present index.
3.Accounts for the services provided will be submitted at completion of the work and would be payable within the terms specified on the invoice or statement. In addition, FullFlex Fencing Pty Ltd reserves the right to charge an accounting fee of $45.00+GST per week on all overdue payments.
4.No claims shall be recognised by FullFlex Fencing Pty Ltd unless the claim is made within 5 days of supplying of service. All reasonable claims so notified shall be recognised, not withstanding, such complaint, payment for those items acknowledged as correct shall be made in accordance with the agreed terms of trading.
5.Should collection proceedings at any time be required to enforce payments to Full Flex Fencing Pty Ltd,We agree to reimburse FullFlex Fencing Pty Ltd with all costs, disbursements, Debt collection agency fees, search fees, solicitors costs and commissions (usually12%) payable to the collection agency.
6.If work being performed is for a Pty Ltd Company then all the directors of that company agree that if payment is not made by their company to FullFlex Fencing Pty Ltd then all directors can and will be held personally liable for this account and this will be a continuing guarantee until Cancelled in writing.
7.The title in any goods sold or delivered by Full Flex Fencing Pty Ltd shall remain the property of Full Flex Fencing Pty Ltd until payment has been received in full for such goods.
8.The applicant hereby grants a license to Full Flex Fencing Pty Ltd, their agents, or to an officer of the Courts to enter any premises of the applicants where the goods are situated to re-take possession of and remove the goods in respect of which the title has not passed to the buyer (even if installed).
9.FullFlex Fencing takes zero responsibility for glass gate failure to operate (Non self closing or self latching) unless soft close hinges are installed, If further service is required for glass gate systems, a call out fee of $195+GST will be charged to customer.
10.FullFlex Fencing is committed to delivering products and services that adhere to our standards of quality and craftsmanship. In instances where customers have additional standards or specifications beyond those outlined by FullFlex Fencing, such requirements will be noted and incorporated into a custom quotation.
11.Unless otherwise clearly identified in writing by the customer FullFlex Fencing has full discrepancy on finished heights, Gate installation and Swing motion and hardware used.
